Update Advice #4; Long Term, Short Term

At this point, I'm going to recommend tweaking stop and target downward, I'm setting the stop to break even at 129.00 and target to 126.50. If it snaps above the 129 support line, we'll break even, otherwise momentum could start shifting down in our favor.
